RockShop

This blog is more than a year out of date. It still gets linked to sometimes, though, so damn the torpedoes, here is some up-to-date information:

Coming up at the Rickshaw Stop on 6/29 (Tuesday. You have no excuses. What are you doing on a Tuesday.): RockShop. New short musicals. My part of the night will be a medley of new songs, composed by evil genius Ken Flagg, from my upcoming rock musical, The Man of Rock, which is a rock'n'roll adaptation of The Man of Mode set on the Jersey Shore in the 1980's. None of that is a joke, despite the fact that it might sound like one. It will rock, however. Also featuring plays by Ignacio Zulueta, Adam Chanzit, Katie Rubin, and Danielle Levin, and featuring music by The Invisible Cities, Foma, Seventeen Evergreen, and... Hämmer. Here is the facebook event page.

The next two weekends, get down to the Off-Market Theater for Round 6 of Shortlived, where my short play The True Story of How We Met clings to life for a third round. Come hear lies about bees!

That is all for now. More news on The Man of Rock coming soon.
